The Safety Score is a weighted combination of affordability (income vs payment), liquidity (days-on-market for comparable inventory), market freshness (how old the latest comparable transaction is) and portfolio concentration. You can expand any bar to see the underlying numbers and the last time they were refreshed.
- If an input is stale, the property goes into the delayed bucket — never silently defaulted.
- Rejected candidates carry a per-row reason text so you can see why something was filtered out.
- You can override any Safety Score factor manually; every override is logged with reason text.
